Description
Monofilament leaders are favoured by some anglers while trolling. The stretch in a monofilament leader acts as a shock absorber if you are trolling at higher speeds. This eases strain on your rod, reel and rod holders. The one negative of using monofilament is it is not quite as invisible in the water as a fluorocarbon leader.
